Welcoming Back a Familiar Face: Justin Kassnel Returns to Turner Group
Turner Group is excited to announce the return of Justin Kassnel to our team. Many of our customers and partners will remember him for his deep technical expertise, practical approach to problem-solving on the plant floor, and genuine commitment to building long-term relationships. Now back in the Pacific Northwest, he brings even more knowledge, perspective, and energy to support our customers.
A Strong History with Turner Group
During his previous tenure, he played a key role in:
- Helping processors evaluate and select injection molding and auxiliary equipment
- Supporting plant visits, time studies, and process-improvement projects
- Connecting customers with the right technical resources for molding, automation, and
downstream solutions
Those who have worked with Justin before will recall his willingness to put in the extra effort on the floor – walking the process with your team and making sure your questions were answered before he left the building. That hands-on, service-first approach is exactly why we’re so pleased to welcome him back.
What This Means for Our Customers
Justin’s return strengthens our ability to:
- Respond quickly to application questions and project opportunities
- Support trials and evaluations of machinery, tooling, automation, and auxiliary
equipment - Collaborate more closely with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams on your
plant floor - Help identify practical improvements in efficiency, changeover, uptime, energy usage,
and part quality
listening first, understanding your goals and constraints, and then helping you select and
implement the right solutions.
Aligned with Turner Group’s Values
At Turner Group, we believe in people-first partnerships – inside our team and with our
customers. Justin’s return reflects that commitment. He embodies the values we strive to live
every day:
- Integrity – Doing what’s right for the customer over the long term
- Curiosity – Asking good questions and always looking for better ways to solve problems
- Collaboration – Working alongside your team, not just presenting from a distance
- Service – Showing up, following up, and following through
their facilities.
