Every three years, the K Show in Düsseldorf becomes the heartbeat of the global plastics industry – a stage where technology, sustainability, and forward-thinking solutions come together. This year is no exception, and we’re proud to highlight the world-class partners Turner Group represents, each bringing breakthrough innovations, live demonstrations, and future-shaping conversations to the show floor.

Whether your focus is automation, efficiency, material performance, or sustainability, you’ll find inspiration and solutions at their booths.

We invite all attendees to stop by and see firsthand the technologies driving progress in our industry.

ARBURG — Hall 13, Stand A13

ARBURG returns to K with the theme “arburgSOLUTIONworld”, presenting a broad portfolio of machine and automation solutions for packaging, medical, and technical molding. Visitors can expect several world premieres, including the ALLROUNDER 475 V, a vertical machine with a newly developed clamping unit that offers greater flexibility for over molding inserts, improved ergonomics, and optimized accessibility for automation. Also featured will be high-performance cube mold technology on the ALLROUNDER CUBE 1800. Sustainability takes center stage with arburgGREENworld, located in the open area outside Hall 16, where circular economy initiatives and resource-efficient production concepts will be demonstrated.

Conair Group — Hall 10, Stand C20 (with PiovanGroup)

As part of the PiovanGroup exhibit, Conair will be spotlighting auxiliary equipment designed to streamline plastics processing—from conveying, drying, and blending to temperature control and cooling. A key highlight is the Permanent Vacuum system, a centralized material distribution solution that uses a single vacuum line with modular pumps, central filtration, and an automatic Multilink coupling station to boost plant efficiency and reliability. Alongside this, Conair and Piovan Group will showcase new predictive maintenance and quality-control systems that bring intelligence to plant-wide operations. For molders seeking to maximize uptime and efficiency, Conair’s solutions integrate seamlessly into connected factory environments.

Reifenhäuser / Reiloy — Hall 17, Stand C22

At the Reifenhäuser stand, the spotlight will be on advanced extrusion systems, digital manufacturing tools, and sustainable processing technologies. Reiloy, the screw and barrel division, will present its wear-resistant designs optimized for processing recycled content and challenging polymers, offering processors the chance to extend service life and improve part quality. Together, Reifenhäuser and Reiloy demonstrate how extrusion and component innovation can drive both performance and circular economy goals.

Sepro Group — Hall 12, Stand A36

Sepro will showcase the next generation of robot control with the launch of Visual 4, bringing new levels of simplicity and power to automation. Their exhibit features a dramatic “something big” demonstration with a dual arm 7X-100XL, 10-axis robot system capable of handling payloads up to 200 kg. Visitors can also see live automation cells in action, highlighting how Sepro solutions pair with leading injection molding machines to deliver performance, flexibility, and productivity.

Smartflow (Burger & Brown) — Hall 11, Stand D71 (with Invotec Solutions)

Smartflow will join its European headquarters, Invotec Solutions, to present efficiency tools for injection molders. On display will be Quick Mold Change systems like FasTie®, SWAP® Valve, and Duoflow® manifolds; tool protection solutions including Thinswitch®, Smartlock®, and Limit Switches; and a range of mold cooling optimization products—from manifolds and custom assemblies to flow indicators, meters, and regulators. These solutions help molders reduce downtime, protect tooling, and maximize cooling efficiency.

Uniloy — Hall 14, Stand A68

Uniloy will showcase its capabilities across extrusion, injection-blow, and multilayer technologies. The all-electric UCS 35 J.ED shuttle system demonstrates high-efficiency jerrycan production, with 3-layer coextrusion, advanced cooling, and a 32-second cycle time—delivering 225 pieces per hour. The UIB 129.E injection blow machine features a 20-cavity mold for 60 ml containers, combining fast 12-second cycles with a 60% reduction in energy use compared to hydraulics, powered by Uniloy’s UniSmart OPC-UA interface. Also on display is the M 160/1 multilayer extrusion head, showcasing Uniloy’s expertise in 2- and 3-layer coextrusion for PCR/PIR applications, with tooling flexibility from 40 mm to 250 mm. Together, these solutions reflect Uniloy’s decades of experience in industrial packaging, sustainable design, and energy-efficient blow molding systems.
